Yes, you own the interior space of your condo and can customize how you see fit providing it meets city and state building code.
Luxstor is designed to be a fun space for like minded individuals. The intended use of the condos are for storage, hobbyists activities, and gatherings. Given the intent of this development, these spaces are not intended for commercial use.
Yes there are a lot of hobbyist activities that will involve mechanical work. We encourage these types of activities however we ask that you be respectful to other units close to you with noise and obtrusive odors.
Luxstor provides heated floors, internet access, and water. These costs will be covered in the monthly membership fee. Each unit will have a 200 AMP electrical panel that will have its own meter and will be charged to the individual owners.
Luxstor provides all exterior upkeep of the site and buildings.
